Tariff and Payment Terms
As of 2021
- July/August - £1200.00 per week
- September and October - £990.00 per week
- November to March - £650.00 per week (Bookings in this period will also be subject to an extra charge to cover heating - Meter readings upon arrival and on departure.)
- April to June - £990.00 per week
Deposit will be one third of the full amount on booking. The remaining balance will be due six weeks before your arrival date.
Full payment required if booking made within 6 weeks of the start date of the holiday.
Children (0+) and well behaved dogs are welcome. A travel cot, high chair and stairgate can be provided on request as well as dog beds, bowls and towels.
£50.00 deposit for dogs which will be returned once changeover staff have confirmed that no damage has been done.
Beginning this year (2021), we have reluctantly decided to add an additional £100 deposit onto each booking in the event of ‘missing’ or broken/damaged items. This deposit is fully refundable upon departure provided that the changeover staff record a complete checkout report.
Arrival and Departure
Your property will be ready by 4.00 pm on the day of arrival. If your arrival time on the islands is before 3.00 pm you can leave your luggage at the property until your property is ready. We do request that your property is vacated no later than 12 noon on the day of departure.
Cancellation Terms
All cancellations must be advised by telephone, followed by written confirmation. The Hirer remains liable for the full amount of the holiday rental, including the balance payment when due, if this has not already been paid. The Owner will endeavour to re-let the holiday period or part thereof and if successful, once the balance has been paid for the new booking, will refund the rental paid less an administration fee of £55.00. If a reduction in rental has to be made to secure a new booking, the hirer will receive the respective pro rata amount less the administration fee. If it is not possible to re-let the property no monies will be refunded.
Holiday Insurance:
The Isles of Scilly are an offshore destination and occasionally there may be disruptions in travel due to weather or unforeseen technical difficulties. As such you are strongly recommended to take out Isles of Scilly Holiday Insurance to cover any potential disturbances to your travel arrangements. Please ask for this when making your booking with Isles of Scilly Travel.
